Aesthetic Operations Manager/Aesthetician

Telsha Classen is a highly experienced aesthetics professional with over 21 years of sales expertise and 17 years specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments, med spa operations, and consultative client care. She has built a career centered on elevating results-driven skincare through a blend of clinical and scientific knowledge, operational leadership, and high-touch client service.

Her expertise includes advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, medical-grade dermabrasion, and customized corrective facials, along with a strong focus on integrating treatment plans with injectables, lasers, and at-home skincare regimens to maximize long-term results. She is highly skilled in client consultation, education, and the development of personalized treatment journeys that support aesthetic outcomes.

In addition to her clinical background, Telsha has held leadership and training roles in med spa environments, supporting operational efficiency, staff development, marketing initiatives, and client retention strategies. She also brings a foundation in luxury real estate sales.

Megan Earle

Patient Care Coordinator/Assistant Manager

Megan is a Patient Care Coordinator with over 10 years’ experience in the Medical Aesthetics and Body Plastics industry. She has a passion for skincare, beauty and wellness. Questions about Botox and filler? She is your girl! Megan graduated from CSU Channel Islands with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and loves to build meaningful relationships with patients. She is also a licensed esthetician and works as a part time lash artist. In her spare time, she loves to hit the gym, enjoy the California sunshine and spend time with her Golden Retriever Walter.

Shannah Suapaia

Patient Care Coordinator

Shannah is a Medical Assistant with over 13 years of experience, with a strong passion for patient care, beauty, and overall wellness. She is also a Licensed Esthetician combining her medical background with aesthetics to help clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Outside of work, Shannah is a proud wife, mom to two amazing girls, and dog mom who enjoys staying active, working out, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying outdoor activities.

Renee has 17 years in the medical field providing great patient care as well as working side-by-side with some of the best doctors in Southern California, Renee’s career in medical assisting has become more than just a job. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to continuous learning, she strives to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and trends, particularly in aesthetics and cosmetic procedures. Her dedication and her profession has earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional care and building meaningful relationships.
