New Patient Policy
We love seeing new patients at Hera Med Spa! In order to uphold the highest level of client safety, as well as California law regarding the treatment of new clients, we require medical clearance for all new patients. This medical clearance can be done via Facetime or in-person with our Medical Director or Nurse Practitioner, depending on patient preference. Medical clearance takes place prior to your initial appointment with us at the spa.
